Any news on target times for gold, silver and bronze finishes? Cheers Russ

Here's the orgniser's response to a similar request from earlier:

 

Last year we did have some targets for the first time, but they were too tough. For a "Male Senior" for 2013, we will have:

• Platinum – sub 4 hours (we had two people achieving this last year, both competing again this time)
• Gold – sub 4hrs 30mins
• Silver – sub 5hrs 30mins
• Bronze – sub 6hrs 30mins (nearly 90% of finishers achieved this in 2013.

Many people do like targets, and we'll report against them this time (without making it a race). It's a very challenging course, hence the wide spread (also reflecting time of year).

We ensure that it's straightforward, for people who are finding it tough, to move to a shorter route at a particular point.
